My Monday mood board ~ vintage

hello friends,

For those of you UK based, there’s a wonderful ‘vintage’ jumble sale being held on Sunday 4th October, in the village of Lindfield, West Sussex.

Hosted by bloggers, it’s a chance to meet online friends, buy / sell a few things {I’ll have a stall of homewares & jumble} & have a fun day out! Already excited to ‘meet’ some of the regular #mymondaymoodboard community, do come along if you can!

This week’s super fave, from our #mymondaymoodboard gallery on Instagram, is by Sarah @sarahehemsley

It captures all the magic of vintage; the light, the homespun, the story. Home made grape jelly with hand made vintage linen toppers…love! It’s given me fresh inspiration for how to decorate my random collection of jam jars…which are starting to become full with home made apple chutney, plum compotes & sauces.

Thank you Sarah x

It’s that time of year when we all seem to go into ‘craft’ overdrive…as the evenings draw in, there’s something about pulling out blankets, wool/fabric & sitting on the sofa with a home made project to play with…

Oh, and in case you missed it, here’s the vintage home made flowers I made at the weekend…click on the image for DIY instructions.

On the topic of ‘home made’ it seems fitting to choose that for next week’s prompt. Perhaps you’d like to share your home made jam/chutney recipes, home decor, latest craft project or gathered/styled images. As ever, anything goes!

Have a great week,

Jess x
